Large | Summer Gathering Necklace | #16

In this necklace, I've gathered up a bit of summertime and spilled them into a necklace for you. Bluebird skies and warm yellow flowers, the deep shadows late summer and the richness of turning leaves.

These necklaces all feature a large focal turquoise gemstone, all very different in cut, color, shape, and matrix. As unique as it's wearer. Below each turquoise is a single, warm brass flower, and to either side a faceted hessonite garnet and a tiny sterling silver pebble. 

The backs have been very lightly textured with a wildflower print, like the echo of summer scarcely contained.

Suspended from a sterling silver chain, adjustable from 17 - 20".

☀☀ Keep in mind that red brass is a warm, earthy metal, and though I wax all my jewelry to slow tarnishing, the brass in particular will patina and darken over time. But you can always give it a brush with your usual jewelry polish if you’d like to bring it back to warm glowing gold.
