This ring is made from a stunning, shimmering mother of pearl moon gemstone. This gemstone was hand carved in recycled shell and is beautiful in its detail, and the mother of pearl has a gorgeous shimmer of barely perceptible color. 

The stone is set in a hand-smithed bezel of scalloped sterling silver, undulating and floating around the moon. 

To compliment the stone and add texture, I have added a hand twisted accent around the bezel. The band and bezel have been oxidized given a matte finish to highlight the stone.
